The website is designed for use of our members, service users, professional and others, who need Support Services, Orientation and information on rights and entitlement of Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
  Aims & Objective

To relieve poverty sickness amongst the African community living in the United Kingdom.
To advance the education, training and workshops seminars for the members of the community.
To provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interest of the social welfare  with the object of   improving the condition of life.
To promote the preservation and protection of good health of the beneficiaries.

Organisation Status

PARCA is a Refugee community based organisation and registered charity  number 1101650.
PARCA has been set up by Refugees and Asylum Seekers who has been dispersed to East of England especial Peterborough as result of the Home Office dispersal policy.
Local Area Agreement

PARCA has recently become involved in the Sustainable Community Strategies in the Local Area Agreement (LAA) Policies.
We are actively working with various partners to help achieve these LAA  Targets.
We attended the Voluntary and Community Sector Forum meetings which are held on a quarterly basis where we have an opportunity to share our information.
We are also committed to help the City of Peterborough to become more enhanced in community events by 2011 as outlined in the Sustainable Community Strategy.
