To relieve poverty sickness amongst the African community living in the United Kingdom.

To advance the education, training's and workshops seminars for the members of the community.

To provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interest of the social welfare with the object of improving the condition of life.

To promote the preservation and protection of good health of the beneficiaries.

To support small community organisation in the United Kingdom and Africa.

Organisation Status

PARCA is a Refugee community based organisation and registered charity number 1101650.

PARCA has been set up by Refugees and Asylum Seekers who has been dispersed to East of England especial Peterborough as result of the Home Office dispersal policy.
